Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to high-quality standards. Working within a defined geographic area under the guidance of the Head of Projects, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire project lifecycle, including commissioning and handover tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Manufacturing Schedules based on Door Costing Schedules
  • Conduct site visits for refurbishments or utilize architectural drawings for new installations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders through site meetings and pre-start discussions.
  • Monitor production timelines and oversee installation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) and CDM regulations.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.
  • Facilitate client sign-off during the Commissioning phase.
  • Uphold company values by providing exceptional service at every stage.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of joinery experience with relevant qualifications
  • Proven track record in successful project delivery
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical work approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of H&S requirements and CDM regulations
  • Experience in managing on-site labour (employed and subcontracted)
