Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to high-quality standards. Working within a defined geographic area under the guidance of the Head of Projects, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire project lifecycle, including commissioning and handover tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Manufacturing Schedules based on Door Costing Schedules
- Conduct site visits for refurbishments or utilize architectural drawings for new installations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders through site meetings and pre-start discussions.
- Monitor production timelines and oversee installation processes.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) and CDM regulations.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.
- Facilitate client sign-off during the Commissioning phase.
- Uphold company values by providing exceptional service at every stage.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of joinery experience with relevant qualifications
- Proven track record in successful project delivery
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and methodical work approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of H&S requirements and CDM regulations
- Experience in managing on-site labour (employed and subcontracted)
